An Orange County native, Lauren Norman is a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education as well as a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential. Ms. Norman wanted to pursue a career where she could both inspire and be inspired, so she decided to become a teacher. She enjoys working with children, particularly kindergarten and elementary ages.
As a teacher, one of the most rewarding experiences she enjoys is witnessing students find their “aha moment” during the lesson. She is a proponent of project-based learning that encourages peer collaboration and challenges students to work in small groups.
